Beware of Unofficial Vendors

EXPO PACK México exhibitors have reported receiving solicitations from vendors NOT affiliated with EXPO PACK México or PMMI - specifically regarding hotel reservations. Beware of third-party hotel broker scams demanding pre-payment. The official EXPO PACK México Hotel Reservation Office (Olé) requires only credit card information to guarantee the reservation.

To ensure a successful experience for everyone, all exhibitors agree to the EXPO PACK México Rules & Regulations when signing their exhibit space contract.
Please make sure that everyone involved in planning your company’s participation in the show, including your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), has read the Rules & Regulations and that your booth design follows the rules.
