PMMI Member and Exhibitor Lounges - Sponsored by Lenze
|
|
|
PMMI will host two Member Lounges and two Exhibitor Lounges, sponsored by Lenze Americas, during PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2023. The lounges will be open Monday, September 11 through Tuesday, September 12, from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Wednesday, September 13, from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. These lounges provide all exhibitors with a convenient place to discuss private business or just relax.

- The PMMI Member Lounges will be in room N-101 in the North Hall and room S-222 in the South Hall. The PMMI Member lounge is only open to members of PMMI.
- The Exhibitor Lounges will be in room N-114 in the North Hall, room S-215 on the show floor in the South Hall. These lounges are open to all exhibitors.

Each lounge has semi-private meeting space available that can accommodate 4-8 people, which can be reserved onsite in the lounge with the concierge.

Beware of Unofficial Vendors
|
|
|
Show Management has recently heard from several PACK EXPO exhibitors who have been solicited from vendors who are NOT affiliated with PMMI or PACK EXPO. At the bottom of this email, you will find the list of official vendors for PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2023 along with their contact information. Please use caution when working with any vendor that is not directly affiliated with PMMI or PACK EXPO.
We would like to remind all exhibitors that the attendee mailing list for PACK EXPO Las Vegas is only available for rent through PMMI. Any solicitation claiming to have the email list of PACK EXPO Las Vegas attendees, or attendee lists from any PACK EXPO show, is fraudulent. PMMI does not sell or rent the attendee email list.
Should you receive any questionable email communications or phone calls pertaining to any PACK EXPO event, including offers for any attendee list, please contact Show Management at expo@pmmi.org.

Outbound Shipping Information
|
|
|
A completed Material Handling Agreement (MHA) is required for each outbound shipment, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to submit your MHA.
Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to access the Service Manual & Online Ordering and submit your Outbound Shipping information, or fill the Outbound Shipping Form and return it to PACK EXPO Services by email at pes.service@packexposervices.com.
We will deliver your pre-printed Material Handling Agreement and shipping labels to your booth on the last day of the show, before exhibitor move-out.
Please ensure all information on your pre-printed Material Handling Agreement is accurate, including your carrier picking up your freight. PACK EXPO Services will not be permitted to release your freight to a carrier that is not listed on your Material Handling Agreement.
Do not leave your Material Handling Agreement in your booth. It must be completed and returned to the PES Service Center on the show floor once your materials are packed up and ready to go.

PMMI has received several reports that invalid 3rd party room scammers are contacting PACK EXPO Las Vegas exhibitors. These hotel booking scammers have no affiliation with PMMI.
The only Official PACK EXPO Las Vegas Hotel Reservation Office is Expovision. No deposit is required to secure a reservation in the official room block for Las Vegas. Any company requiring full prepayment should be viewed with extreme suspicion.

Adding your company’s latest press releases will help you make the most of your exhibitor showroom and spread the word to key media regarding your newest innovations and successes!
To upload your Press Release to your online showroom for the Exhibitor Directory, log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard. The Exhibitor ID and Password have been provided to the primary show contact of every exhibiting company. These credentials can be requested by contacting the PMMI Trade Show Department at expo@pmmi.org.

- Once logged in to the Exhibitor Dashboard, click the Press Releases
- Fill in the information in the Add Press Release When titling the release, include key words to facilitate the media search process.
- Upload the Press Release file (.doc or .pdf only)
- If applicable, include the URL to link the press release to your company website.
- Click Add Press Release.
