The Exhibitor Service Manual for EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2023 has officially launched! The Exhibitor Service Manual includes information on service order forms, installation and dismantling procedures, forms for official contractors, show Rules & Regulations and more.
Take note of all posted deadline dates and pay for your service orders by May 18, 2023, to receive discounted pricing. To access the Exhibitor Service Manual and begin ordering your booth services, log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard and select the “Service Manual” tile from the homepage.

Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard and click the EXPO PACK Verde tile and submit your entry by this Friday, March 10, 2023.

Once your profile is complete, your company will also appear in the EXPO PACK Verde exhibitor list, both online and in the printed show guide, and your online exhibitor showroom will include the EXPO PACK Verde icon.

Review and Approve Your Company Data for the Printed Show Guide
|
The deadline to review, update, and approve your company information for the printed show guide is Friday, March 24. Please log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard, click on “Review Company Information”, and review the details in the Company Information box.
If you need to edit any of the company details, please email ventas@expopack.com.mx. Once you’ve confirmed the details are correct, click on the green “Approve Data” button. Any changes made after March 24, 2023, will appear online only.

Invite Your Customers and Prospects to Attend for Free!

All exhibiting companies have been assigned a unique code that can be used for complimentary registration, a savings of $200 MXN.
Your Complimentary Code is: 1111
The lead data of anyone who registers with your code will be available to you on-demand, allowing you to reach out in advance of EXPO PACK Guadalajara to set appointments. We encourage you to include this complimentary code in any of your pre-show marketing collateral.
The Customer Invite Program will launch in the next few weeks and will provide your team with access to marketing collateral (free of charge) that features your booth number and this comp code. Stay tuned for more details!

Enhance Your Online Showroom and Drive Traffic to Your Booth

As attendees plan for the show they will utilize the online exhibitor directory to learn more about who is exhibiting and what they can expect from the show. Consider purchasing 1 of 3 available showroom upgrades to enhance your online exhibitor listing and start capturing leads before you even set foot in Expo Guadalajara. Exhibitors with the Diamond Package saw 12x the number of leads compared to those exhibitors with the basic package at EXPO PACK Mexico 2022!

To request your upgrade, log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard and click on “Enhance Online Showroom” and select the upgrade you are interested in. The exhibit sales team will then follow up to confirm your upgrade.

Add Affiliated Companies to Your Booth Free of Charge
|
The affiliated listing order form for EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2023 is now available. Highlight your legally related companies in the online exhibitor directory, printed show guide, as well as the online floor plan. To qualify for an affiliated listing, the relationships between the primary and affiliated company must be one of the following: parent/subsidiary, subsidiaries of the same parent, a corporation and division.
The order form is a fillable PDF and in for order your listing to be accepted, you must download, type in the data, and email it back to ventas@expopack.com.mx. Please note: forms with handwritten text will not be accepted.
