Approve Your Company Information for Printed Show Guide – Due FRIDAY
|
The printed show guide for EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2023 will include company name, booth number, phone number, company email address, website, and a brief description.
If you have not already done so, please log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to review, edit as needed, and approve your company information for the printed show guide by this Friday, March 24. If you don't approve your company data, what was provided on the booth contract will be used. No further changes for the printed show guide can be made after this date. Any updates will appear online only.

Add Affiliated Companies to the Show Guide and Online Directory Free of Charge
|
Highlight your legally related companies (see form for details) in the online exhibitor directory, printed show guide, and the online floor plan.
Download the fillable PDF, type in the data, and email it to ventas@expopack.com.mx for approval. Forms with handwritten text will not be accepted.

Be sure to submit your affiliate listing(s) by this Friday, March 24 so they are included in the printed show guide!

Send a Complimentary Registration Code to Your Customers
|
Complimentary, customized marketing collateral which features your unique comp code and booth number is now available. There is no cost to use this program and it is a great way to promote free registration to your customers. Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard, click on the Customer Invite Program tile, and get access to:

- Email Templates – send emails through the platform or download one of 3 available templates and send from your own email marketing service.
- Web Banners for your email signature or website.
- Social Media Banners – promote your booth on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.

Want to track who has registered using your promo code leading up to the show? Click here for instructions on how to access this list and then be sure to follow up with them prior to the show.
Be among the top three exhibiting companies to generate the most registrations with your comp code and win a $2,000 MXN ($100 USD) Amazon gift card. Winners will be contacted on June 12 and can pick up their gift card on-site at the show.

Booth Height Regulations and Hanging Signs
|
To ensure a successful experience all show participants, all exhibitors agree to the EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2023 Rules & Regulations when signing their exhibit space contract.
Familiarize yourself with the height maximums as they apply to your booth size:
|
- Booths 18 square meters and under are allowed a maximum height of 3.5 meters.
- Booths 19 square meters and above are allowed a maximum height of 5 meters.
|
Please note that only booths 54 square meters or larger are permitted to have a hanging sign. Any booth space less than 54 square meters is not permitted to have a hanging sign.

Log in to the Exhibitor Service Manual to access service and furniture order forms, information on installation and dismantling procedures, forms for official contractors, show Rules & Regulations and more.
Take note of all posted deadline dates and pay for your service orders by May 18, 2023 to receive discounted pricing. To access the Exhibitor Service Manual, log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard and select the “Service Manual” tile from the homepage.

Increase Your Visibility in the Online Exhibitor Directory

Consider purchasing 1 of 3 available showroom upgrades to enhance your online exhibitor listing and start capturing leads before you even set foot in Expo Guadalajara.
