We look forward to three innovative days in Philadelphia, March 18-20. This exhibitor update will be sent regularly with the most up-to-date information to help you prepare for the show and keep on top of key exhibitor deadlines.

- Exhibitor Service Manual Launches – PACK EXPO Services (PES) will notify you when the Exhibitor Service Manual is available and you can begin placing booth orders.
- PACK EXPO Services Discount Deadline – place your order and pay for any booth services or furnishings you may need by this date to receive 30% off most items. The service manual will launch in December.
- Exhibitor Registration Deadline – register your booth personnel by this date and pay no registration fee. You can register as many booth personnel as you would like for free by this date. After February 18, 2024, there will be a $15 fee per badge. Registration is now open and can be accessed here.

Final Booth Space Payment Deadline Approaching
|
|
|
The final payment deadline for your booth space is November 17, 2023. If you have questions about making a payment, please contact the PMMI accounting department at accounting@pmmi.org or call 571.612.3200.

|
Move-In/Move-Out Assignments
|
Each exhibitor has been assigned target dates and time slots for installation (move-in) and dismantling (move-out) of display material, equipment and machinery at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Drayage/Material Handling (moving items between your truck at the dock and your booth) is included in your space rate provided your truck arrives by your assigned date and time.
If your company cannot adhere to the scheduled inbound and/or outbound dates as assigned, please send an email to targetchange@packexposervices.com to request a change.

Take advantage of the best rates for hotels when you book by February 21, 2024. No deposit is required at the time of booking, and Expovision provides the guaranteed lowest room rates during the event at hotels within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Make your reservation early – rooms are first-come, first-served.

Get in Front of Attendees Before the Show

Promote your exhibit and products to your customers attending PACK EXPO East in Philadelphia in March.
