4 Action PACKed Days Kick Off on Sunday
Move-in for PACK EXPO International is now underway! The show serves as the largest packaging and processing event in the world this year, and we can't wait to open the doors on Sunday!
Whether your team is already in Chicago or heading out in the next few days, please read the Know Before You Go website and take note of a few final reminders:
- Exhibitors must have crates unpacked and ready for removal, and the "heavy lifting" of booth setup completed by 2pm on Saturday, Oct. 22. Visqueen (protective covering for carpet) must also be removed and placed in the aisle by 2 pm. After 2pm PACK EXPO Services will begin to lay down aisle carpet and will not be able to remove empty crates.
- Freight carriers need to check in at the marshalling yard before heading to McCormick Place. More information on the Marshalling Yard can be found HERE.
- Floor Managers have been assigned to each exhibit hall and will be roaming throughout move-in to oversee exhibitor setup and provide support. They will be wearing red jackets for easy identification.
- Do NOT leave valuables unattended in your booth space. Perimeter security is provided during the show (including move-in and move-out). PACK EXPO and PACK EXPO Services are not responsible for any stolen or missing items.

Need Last Minute Electrical Labor?
Exhibitors with less than (5) hookups may go to the Fast Track Desks to request final hookups for their machines and ask specific utility related questions. New Orders for electrical services must be submitted at the service center(s) or through the text program (text EXPO to 972.521.3035).
As floorplans are required for most utility services, be prepared to share this information before submitting your onsite request.
[Important] Excessive Trash Removal
Exhibitors are responsible for removal of their exhibits, product and floor covering. If these items are not removed, show management reserves the right to charge the exhibitor for labor to remove the excess trash.
Find more Information on Excessive Trash Removal and Cleaning Services here.

Outbound Shipping Information
A completed Material Handling Agreement (MHA) is required for each outbound shipment, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to submit your MHA.
Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to access the Service Manual & Online Ordering and submit your Outbound Shipping information, or fill our the Outbound Shipping Form and return it to PACK EXPO Services by email at pack.expo@packexposervices.com. We will deliver your pre-printed Material Handling Agreement and shipping labels to your booth once the show opens.
Do not leave your Material Handling Agreement in your booth. It must be completed and returned to the PES Service Center on the show floor once your materials are packed up and ready to go.
