[Urgent] Approve Your Company Data for Printed Show Guide

Make sure your company is accurately represented in the printed show guide by reviewing and approving your company data from the exhibitor dashboard. The deadline to approve the data is January 24. To review and approve your company’s information, take the following steps:

• Log in to exhibitor dashboard
  • Exhibitor ID: N/A
  • Password: N/A
• Click the first tile on the dashboard titled Exhibitor Directory Listing
• Scroll down to the box titled Printed Directory Information
• If changes need to be made, click Edit Information
  • If these changes are permanent, please also email us at expo@pmmi.org
• Once you have verified that the information in the Printed Directory Information box is correct, scroll back to the top and click the green Approve Data button*

*Note that we will print all data that we have on file for all companies that do not log in and approve their data.

PACK EXPO East Customer Account Managers (CAMs)

Look for an email from your Customer Account Manager (CAM) from PACK EXPO Services on Monday, January 13. CAMs have been assigned to all exhibitors to assist in the logistical planning of your booth space. CAMs are your direct contact for assistance in securing your services and booth furnishings for the show. The discount deadline is January 27. Don’t miss out on saving 30% on most items! If you don’t receive an email from your CAM on Monday, please email us at expo@pmmi.org and let us know.

Don’t Let Your Leads go to Waste!

The advanced ordering deadline for lead retrieval solutions is Monday, January 27. Be sure to place and pay for your order by that date to take advantage of the discounted rate. Don’t let your leads at the show go to waste – capture valuable information of attendees who visit your booth. To place your order, visit the company lookup login page and type in your company name or booth number to proceed. Once logged in, review available options and place your order.

Important Shipping Information

With only 8 weeks to go until PACK EXPO East, don’t fall behind on getting your shipments to the show. Information regarding move-in and move-out and all shipping forms can be found in section 6 and 7 of the Exhibitor Service Manual. Review your assigned target inbound and outbound dates and schedule your shipments accordingly. If you cannot adhere to your assigned inbound and outbound schedule, please email Jim Roche at jroche@packexposervices.com.

Our official show carriers are Airways Freight and UPS Freight. For any international company shipping to the show, we recommend working with our official vendor Schenker. More information on each of these carriers can be found in section 7 of the Exhibitor Service Manual.
