Pre-Show Attendee Mailing List Now Available

The ProFood Tech 2019 attendee mailing list is available for rent through the PMMI Media Group. The list includes all records available at the time of order. We would like to remind all exhibitors that the attendee mailing is available for rent through PMMI only. Any solicitation claiming to have the email list of ProFood Tech attendees is fraudulent, as PMMI does not sell or rent the attendee email list.

Beware of Unofficial Vendors and Scams

ProFood Tech exhibitors have reported receiving solicitations from vendors NOT affiliated with PMMI or ProFood Tech, specifically regarding attendee list sales and advertising in Packaging Industry News. We urge all exhibitors to be especially diligent when assessing the claims of any vendor who is not an official contractor of PACK EXPO. In some cases, these outside groups are making misleading and sometimes fraudulent claims about their product or service.

During ProFood Tech, PMMI’s Packaging & Processing Women’s Leadership Network presents, “Leading Change,” an interactive breakfast that will connect peers through networking and shared experiences.

Two featured speakers, Diane Wolf, a former vice president at Kraft Foods turned consultant, and Karen Norheim, executive vice president at American Crane and Equipment Corporation, will explain how they successfully maneuvered the manufacturing environment to become a driving force of change at their respective companies. Preparation and planning are keys to a successful trade show experience and you know a big part of that process deals with shipping. If you wish to ship your materials in advance, your materials must arrive by March 18. Please note that all hanging signs must be shipped via advanced warehouse shipping.

ProFood Tech 2019 Digital Media Center: Directions for Exhibitors to Upload Their Materials

Make the most of your exhibitor listing by uploading your company’s media kit to the ProFood Tech 2019 Digital Media Center, which allows the press to easily access news about your company’s innovations and new technologies.

To upload your materials, follow these easy steps:

1. Go to the Exhibitor Dashboard.
2. Log-in using your credentials. If you do not have your log-in information, please contact expo@pmmi.org for assistance.
3. Once you log-in click on the "Upload Additional Content" tile.
4. Then, click on the "Upload Press Materials" tile. You can upload up to ten documents (.doc or .pdf only). When naming your release, be sure to include key words to facilitate the media search process. 

Uploading your company’s media kit to the digital media center will help you make the most of your exhibitor listing!

Hosting a Press Conference at ProFood Tech 2019?

We have an on-site media briefing room available to exhibitors free of charge.
