Exhibitor Badge Pickup at Expo Guadalajara
|
Exhibitor Registration and badge pickup at Expo Guadalajara will be open per the following schedule:
|
- Sunday, June 11: 10 am – 2 pm
- Monday, June 12: 9 am – 7 pm
- Tuesday, June 13 and Wednesday, June 14: 8 am – 6 pm
- Thursday, June 15: 8 am – 4:30 pm
|
Exhibitors arriving to set up on Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10 will check in with security personnel at the entrance to the exhibit hall and provide photo identification, company name, and booth number to receive a wristband to gain access.
|
Still need to register your booth staff? Exhibitors receive 1 free badge for every 3 sq. meters of booth space reserved. Additional badges can be purchased for $140 MXN. Register your team in advance to save time when picking up the badges on-site.

Review Rules & Regulations Prior to Move-In
|
To ensure a successful experience for everyone, all exhibitors agree to the EXPO PACK Guadalajara Rules & Regulations when signing their contract. In addition to your internal staff planning the show, make sure that everyone involved in planning your company’s participation in the show, including your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), has read the Rules & Regulations and that your booth design complies with the rules.

Truck Movement Restrictions in Guadalajara
|
The state of Jalisco prohibits tractor-trailers, semi-trailers, and double tractor-trailers from entering the Guadalajara metropolitan area between 6 am and 9 am, daily.
To accommodate exhibitors with a 9 am target move-in time, the marshalling yard will be open according to the following schedule:
|
- Thursday, June 8 at 10 pm – Friday, June 9 at 6 am.
- Friday, June 9 from 9 am – 7 pm
- Saturday, June 10 from 4 am – 6 am. The marshalling yard will then close and reopen from 9 am – 7 pm.
- Sunday, June 11 from 4 am – 6 am. The marshalling yard will then close and reopen from 9 am until 2 pm.

Note: if you are scheduled for the 3-7 pm move-in time on Friday or Saturday, your freight carrier is not permitted to check in at the marshalling yard until 2 pm that day.
