Exhibitors who have raw space and are hiring a contractor to build their booth are required to complete form D3 (Contractor Registration) by May 12, 2023. If this form is not completed your stand builder will not be permitted access to the show floor. Looking for a stand contractor? View form D6 in the Service Manual to view a list of options.

Booth staff, marketing personnel, exhibitor appointed contractors and display houses are welcome to attend the exhibitor breakfast on Tuesday, May 9 in Mexico City (limit 2 per company). The EXPO PACK team will cover information on ordering booth services, marketing opportunities, move-in/move-out process, show rules and regulations, and more.

Exhibitors receive 1 free badge for every 3 sq. meters of booth space reserved. Additional badges are $60 MXN through May 5. Starting May 6, the price for additional badges increases to $140 MXN. Badges will not be mailed and can be picked up on-site at Exhibitor Registration, or from the EXPO PACK Mexico Office between May 22 – 25, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM local time in Mexico.
