Move-in begins on Friday! Show Management is looking forward to working with all exhibitors and attendees for a successful show.  Please read the important information below to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

Also, don’t forget to promote your comp codes to invite your customers to attend for free! The codes can be used through Monday, June 12.

Please review form E1 - Important Move-In and Move-Out Information and share these details with your booth staff, contractor/decorator, and freight forwarder. Also, share form E2 – Important Marshalling Information with the freight forwarder you have contracted to ship your freight to the show.

The hall must be vacated by 10:00 pm each night except Monday June 12, when ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE COMPLETE BY 7:00 PM. After 7:00 pm on Monday June 12, no material or equipment entry will be allowed, as the hall will be closed for general cleaning and carpeting.

Each exhibitor has been assigned target dates and times for installation (move-in) and dismantling (move-out) of display material, equipment, and machinery at Expo Guadalajara. Be sure to review your targeted schedule and finalize your plans now!

Exhibitor Registration and badge pickup at Expo Guadalajara will be open per the following schedule:

Exhibitors arriving to set up on Friday, June 9 and Saturday, June 10 will check in with security personnel at the entrance to the exhibit hall and provide photo identification, company name, and booth number to receive a wristband to gain access.

Still need to register your booth staff? Exhibitors receive 1 free badge for every 3 sq. meters of booth space reserved. Additional badges can be purchased for $140 MXN. Register your team in advance to save time when picking up the badges on-site.

The Opening Reception for EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2023 will take place at the close of the show on Tuesday, June 13, from 6 – 8 PM in Salon de Eventos at the convention center. Enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres while exchanging ideas with your industry peers.

To ensure a successful experience for everyone, all exhibitors agree to the EXPO PACK Guadalajara Rules & Regulations when signing their contract.  In addition to your internal staff planning the show, make sure that everyone involved in planning your company’s participation in the show, including your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), has read the Rules & Regulations and that your booth design complies with the rules.

Expo Guadalajara is the only authorized vendor to provide food and beverage services during the show.

Exhibitors may dispense promotional items such as sales literature, buttons, stickers, lapel pins, etc., but only from within the confines of their booth. If you have any questions about distributing giveaways, please contact atencionexpositor@expopack.com.mx for clarification. 

The state of Jalisco prohibits tractor-trailers, semi-trailers, and double tractor-trailers from entering the Guadalajara metropolitan area between 6 am and 9 am, daily.

To accommodate exhibitors with a 9 am target move-in time, the marshalling yard will be open according to the following schedule:

Note: if you are scheduled for the 3-7 pm move-in time on Friday or Saturday, your freight carrier is not permitted to check in at the marshalling yard until 2 pm that day.
