There are two options available to exhibitors to have their displays set-up and torn down at McCormick Place. Exhibitors can either set-up/dismantle their display with their own employees, or the exhibitor can hire union labor. The guidelines for both options are outlined in the Exhibitor Rights document within the Exhibitor Service Manual. If you have any questions, please contact your CAM.

The deadline to register your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) online is Friday, September 9. For anyone needing to register their EAC after September 9, please email Merideth Thomason directly at Meredith@eaca.com. 

If you require anchoring for your machinery or exhibits, this must be requested in advance and requires building approval.  Please contact you CAM with PACK EXPO Services today to submit your plans. Without building approval, we will be unable to accommodate any anchoring requests.

The Amazing Packaging Race is returning to PACK EXPO International!
