You will see these demo slots available in the demo scheduling tool as 4:00am Central Time (10:00am Greenwich Mean Time) and 9:00pm Central Time (10:00am China Standard Time)

You will receive this weekly Exhibitor Update email to assist with your planning and remind you of important deadlines. To ensure your brand gets the exposure it deserves, we want you to be aware of some key deadlines to keep you on track. Printed Live Demo Planner – Make sure you have reserved your live demo time slot(s) and finalize the title(s) and descriptions ASAP to be included in our print edition of the Live Demo Planner. Any content you have written and submitted for your demos will be published in print (so be sure the information is complete and accurate). Any changes made after Sept. 2, 2020 will not appear in the printed planner. Attendee Registration Opens – Ensure attendees can view your completed Showroom when they register on September 15. This will allow them to browse all of your featured product/machinery images and video, live demo time slots, contact information for your Showroom personnel and ultimately add your company to their MyConnects Planner. We just launched the PACK EXPO Connects Exhibitor Success Center to help you as you plan, build and promote your Showroom. Drive Traffic to Your Showroom If you plan to do any external promotion for your Showroom, here are a couple of ways to easily do so:
Innovation Stage Presentations - Deadline September 1 Present a 30-minute Innovation Stage seminar and establish your reputation as an innovator and expert among all PACK EXPO Connects attendees. Attendees can tune in for your pre-recorded session and participate in a live chat Q&A with the presenter.
Submit a 150-word abstract explaining how your innovative solution(s) would benefit attendees. Your abstract must include the presentation title, a 150-word marketing description, speaker information and invoice details. Webinars to Help you Along the Way! Stay informed about every aspect of the event and ask live questions via one of our upcoming webinars. These webinars are a visual and interactive way for you to see how to easily plan and build your Showroom, without running into unnecessary snags along the way. If you can’t attend the webinars live, they will all be available on-demand for you to reference. This special e-newsletter will be deployed in the weeks leading up to the show; each edition will feature content from a single major product category to attract the attention of buyers interested in that category. Packaging and food processing categories will be sent to 30,000 professionals and life sciences to 17,000 brand owners and packaging buyers.
Expand Your Reach Before & During the Event Attendees will need to plan ahead more than ever for this web-based event.
