Outbound Shipping Information
|
A completed Material Handling Agreement (MHA) is required for each outbound shipment, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to submit your MHA.
Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to access the Service Manual & Online Ordering and submit your Outbound Shipping information, or fill our the Outbound Shipping Form and return it to PACK EXPO Services by email at pack.expo@packexposervices.com. We will deliver your pre-printed Material Handling Agreement and shipping labels to your booth once the show opens.
Do not leave your Material Handling Agreement in your booth. It must be completed and returned to the PES Service Center on the show floor once your materials are packed up and ready to go.

Be Aware of Unofficial Vendors
|
PACK EXPO International exhibitors have reported receiving solicitations from vendors NOT affiliated with PMMI or PACK EXPO - specifically regarding hotel reservations, attendee list sales and advertising in Packaging Industry News, which is published by Source Group.
We would like to remind all exhibitors that the attendee mailing list for PACK EXPO International is only available for rent through PMMI. Any solicitation claiming to have the email list of PACK EXPO International attendees, or attendee lists from any PACK EXPO show, is fraudulent. PMMI does not sell or rent the attendee email list.
The Official Hotel Reservation Office for all PACK EXPO shows is Expovision. PMMI has no affiliation with any other room brokers.
PMMI Media Group publishes the official Show Daily that is distributed throughout the event to attendees. No other publication is permitted to be distributed on the premises, official shuttle buses, or hotels.

If you are contacted by a vendor and are unsure of their affiliation with PMMI or PACK EXPO, please email us at expo@pmmi.org.
