Gain Extra Exposure and Help Local Students through the Robotics Zone

PMMI is partnering with Blessings in a Backpack, an organization that provides weekend meals for elementary students in supplemental nutrition programs. Located on the show floor, the Robotics Zone will feature exhibitor robots packing bags of food during the show which will then be distributed to local children in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The Robotics Zone is promoted extensively before, during and after the show, including but not limited to the attendee registration badge mailer, direct mail marketing, press release, countdown emails, onsite Show Guide, social media and onsite signage.

Share Your Knowledge & Solutions on the Innovation Stage

The PACK EXPO East Innovation Stage provides an ideal opportunity to speak to attendees and share your latest and greatest innovations, new technological applications or even best practices for common challenges. Your 30-minute presentation could spark years of future discussion. The second and final review period for applications ends December 9, 2019 and you’ll only pay $1,995 if your application is accepted.

Review Target Move-In and Move-Out Schedules

You have been assigned a target date and time for move-in (installation) and move-out (dismantling) of display material, equipment and machinery for PACK EXPO East 2020. It important that you are fully aware of your assigned day and time for both move-in and move-out and that you make your travel arrangements accordingly.

If your company is unable to adhere to the scheduled inbound and/or outbound dates as assigned, please send an email to jroche@packexposervices.com and lgibasjr@packexposervices.com ASAP to request a change.

Once aware of your target inbound and outbound dates, take advantage of the best rates for hotels within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Rules & Regulations – Avoid Costly Mistakes

Exhibitors are provided with guidelines they must adhere to at all PACK EXPO trade shows to ensure a successful and hassle free experience. All exhibitors acknowledge and agree to the rules and regulations when submitting a contract for PACK EXPO East 2020. As you plan your exhibit space for the show, please review the rules and regulations to avoid costly errors.

Familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations for your specific booth type and size. The bulleted list below serves as a reminder of our updated rules and regulations as they apply to booth display height:

• Booths 599 square feet and under are allowed a maximum height of 12’ and HANGING SIGNS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
• Booths between 600 and 1,499 square feet are allowed a maximum height of 14’ for all display material including hanging signs.
• Booths 1,500 square feet and above are allowed a maximum height of 18’ for all display material including hanging signs.
• Setback rules apply for all booth types. Be sure to understand the setbacks that must be followed for your booth.

We encourage you to take advantage of this free promotional opportunity and submit your company's latest solution for consideration. To do so, please email the following information:

• A brief description of the product(s) your company will unveil at PACK EXPO EAST 2020. This should articulate:
  • The end user challenge your technology resolves.
  • The innovation behind the technology that differentiates it from the other options currently on the market.
  • Any details that quantify the improvement (e.g. to process efficiency, food safety, flexibility, minimizing waste, TCO, etc.)
• A High Resolution photo of your product.
  • Images sent via e-mail should be at least 300 DPI and no larger than 2 MB in size.
