Please Note: The Exhibitor Service Manual will be published online in February 2024, and you can begin ordering your booth services at that time.

Housing is Now Open - Secure Your Hotel Rooms
|

Book your hotel rooms with Olé, the official EXPO PACK México hotel reservation office, and enjoy the guaranteed lowest rates.
|
Booking with the official housing vendor provides your company with low rates and a flexible cancellation policy, allowing you to make changes without penalty until May 6, 2024. All reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Be sure to review your scheduled target move-in and move-out dates when making your reservations.

Beware of Unofficial Vendors
|
EXPO PACK México exhibitors have reported receiving solicitations from vendors NOT affiliated with EXPO PACK México or PMMI - specifically regarding hotel reservations. Beware of third-party hotel broker scams demanding pre-payment. The official EXPO PACK México Hotel Reservation Office (Olé) requires only credit card information to guarantee the reservation.

Review Your Target Schedules
|
Each exhibitor is assigned target dates and times for move-in (installation) and move-out (dismantling) of display material, equipment and machinery at Expo Santa Fe.
|
|
|
If your company cannot adhere to the scheduled inbound and/or outbound dates as assigned, please email Israel Arambula at operaciones@expopack.com.mx to determine if it is possible to change your target date or time.
|
To ensure a successful experience for everyone, all exhibitors agree to the EXPO PACK México Rules & Regulations when signing their exhibit space contract.
Please make sure that everyone involved in planning your company’s participation in the show, including your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), has read the Rules & Regulations and that your booth design follows the rules.

Share Your Breakthroughs on the Innovation Stage
|
The Innovation Stage is comprised of 30-minute, seminar-based sessions designed to showcase recent industry breakthroughs, success stories, and best practices. With an average of 80 additional leads per session, the Innovation Stage is the perfect opportunity to get in front of new and engaged attendees.

The first review period deadline for abstracts is December 13, 2023.

IMPORTANT! All abstract submissions and sessions must be presented in Spanish and should be educational in nature – not a sales presentation. Submissions received in a language other than Spanish will not be reviewed.
