Code of Conduct – Attending Competitors' Demos PMMI Media Group is relying on the professionalism and ethics of its exhibitors and attendees to help ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct.
Attendance at a product service demonstration or virtual chat session should be limited to customers, prospective customers, and invited guests of the sponsoring exhibitor. In particular, no person may attend a product service demonstration or virtual chat session if they are an employee or other representative of a firm that competes in any respect with the sponsoring exhibitor. All exhibitors have the ability to see who is planning to attend their demo, and all attendees that are logged in to view it. There are safeguards in place via the platform that will allow exhibitors to delete comments or remove anyone in violation of the code of conduct from their demos. Last Call for Innovation Stage Abstracts | Deadline September 11 Innovation stage speaking opportunities give you extra time to present your product and connect directly with PACK EXPO Connects attendees. Attendees can tune in for your 30-minute pre-recorded session and participate in a live chat Q&A with the presenter.
Upon approval of your abstract you will be contacted to select a pre-recording date and time with our technical staff. Your presentation must be completed and your session ready to record at your scheduled date/time – between September 14 and October 2.
