|
Be sure to review Important Move-In and Move-Out Information and share these details with your booth staff, contractor/decorator, and freight forwarder. Also, share the Important Marshalling Information form with the transportation provider you have contracted to ship your freight to the show.
Each exhibitor has been assigned target dates and times for installation (move-in) and dismantling (move-out) of display material, equipment, and machinery at Expo Santa Fe.

Please inform your truck driver that they cannot arrive earlier than 2 hours before your scheduled move-in time. Trucks arriving earlier than 2 hours will be turned away!

Saturday, June 1: 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Monday, June 3: 9:00am to 7:00pm

Exhibitors arriving to set up on Friday, May 31 will check in with security personnel at the entrance to the exhibit hall and provide their name, company name, and booth number to receive a wristband to gain access.
|
|
|
Still need to register your booth staff? Exhibitors receive 1 free badge for every 3 sq. meters of booth space reserved. Additional badges can be purchased for $140 MXN. Register your team in advance to save time when picking up the badges on-site.

Important Parking Info for Exhibitors
|
|
|
Plan your arrival efficiently and maximize your time by pre-purchasing your parking ticket(s) prior to your arrival. To purchase a parking pass in advance, please access the Exhibitor Service Manual through the ERC and select Parking Passes under the Additional Services section.
Move-in/out: Multi-entry (3 entries/3 exits) parking passes are available at a special rate of MXN $200 per day.
Show Days: Discounted single day parking tickets exclusively for exhibitors are MXN $136 per day.

IMPORTANT: All Exhibitors are required park in Parking Lot B.
|

Please note that Expo Santa Fe is the only authorized vendor to provide food and beverage services during the show. Outside food and beverages are not permitted and are monitored closely by Expo Santa Fe staff.
Exhibitors may dispense promotional items such as sales literature, buttons, stickers, lapel pins, etc., but only from within the confines of their booth. If you have any questions about distributing giveaways, please contact atencionexpositor@expopack.com.mx for clarification.
