Shuttles and On-Site Transportation

As a city built for tourism, Las Vegas is well-serviced by all major airlines and is easy to get around without the need for a rental car.

Shuttle buses will run between official PACK EXPO hotels and the convention center. Shuttle service is also offered from the convention center to the airport on Tuesday and Wednesday. See schedule

NOTICE: Due to preparation for Formula 1, there is an increase in road closures and construction that may impact travel between PACK EXPO hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center. Please plan for extra travel time to and from the show.

PMMI Member and Exhibitor Lounges - Sponsored by Lenze
|
|
|
PMMI will host two Member Lounges and two Exhibitor Lounges, sponsored by Lenze Americas, during PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2023. The lounges will be open Monday, September 11 through Tuesday, September 12, from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Wednesday, September 13, from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. These lounges provide all exhibitors with a convenient place to discuss private business or just relax.

- The PMMI Member Lounges will be in room N-101 in the North Hall and room S-222 in the South Hall. The PMMI Member lounge is only open to members of PMMI.
- The Exhibitor Lounges will be in room N-114 in the North Hall, room S-215 on the show floor in the South Hall. These lounges are open to all exhibitors.

Each lounge has semi-private meeting space available that can accommodate 4-8 people, which can be reserved onsite in the lounge with the concierge.

Excessive Trash Removal:
|
|
|
Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of their exhibits, product and floor covering. If these items are not removed, show management reserves the right to charge the exhibitor for labor to remove the excess trash.
|
|
|
|

Donate Your Materials After PACK EXPO
|
|
|
All exhibitors must abide to a PACK-In/PACK-Out Policy and to leave your exhibit space as you found it when you arrived. However, if you have useful materials that you would like to donate after the show, PACK EXPO Las Vegas has established a donation program with materials benefiting local charities. The program is run by Honeycomb Strategies in an effort to increase the sustainability of the event
Materials accepted may include reusable items in good condition such as: furniture, tools, unopened, nonperishable food, electronics, equipment, supplies or unused product.
If your company is interested in participating, please submit the Donation Program form linked below. A donation team member will respond to your email to coordinate next steps.
