**FLASH CONTEST**

For the final three weeks leading up to the show, we will be holding a Customer Invite Program Flash Contest! Each week, the company who receives the most registrations from the Customer Invite Program will be awarded a $50 American Express gift card, which can be picked up at the PMMI Booth at the show. PACK EXPO Services Floor Plan Deadline Approaching

The floor plan deadline is approaching on Monday, Sept. 24 for electrical, plumbing and telecommunications. Floor plans that are submitted after Sept. 24 will be assessed a $500 late floor plan fee.

Updated Advance Warehouse Address

Starting on Monday, September 17 the new advance warehouse address will be updated to J&J Motor Service, 3333 South Iron Street, Chicago, IL 60608.

If you have already shipped your freight to the previous advance warehouse location, it will still be accepted. If you have not yet shipped your freight, please inform your carrier to deliver to J&J Motor Service, 3333 South Iron Street, Chicago, IL 60608. PMMI Member and Exhibitor Lounges - Sponsored by Lenze

PMMI will host two Member lounges during PACK EXPO International and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2018. The Member Lounges will be in rooms N-227b and S-402 and will be open from Sunday, Oct. 14 – Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday, Oct. 17 from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Two Member Lounge cards are being mailed to PMMI Member exhibitors and will entitle the holder to bring two guests to the lounge. These special lounges are a convenient place to discuss private business or just relax. There will be complimentary coffee service in the mornings and sodas and light snacks in the afternoons.

There are small meeting rooms that can accommodate 4-8 people in these lounges. Scheduling can be done with the concierge in the Member Lounges, onsite.

Exhibitor booth personnel are welcome to visit the designated exhibitor lounges located in rooms S-405a, N-229, W-470a and E251. There will be daily complimentary coffee service until 10:00 a.m. There are four meeting rooms in the Exhibitor Lounges. To schedule a meeting within the lounge, please see the concierge in the lounge, onsite. The lounges will be open from Saturday, Oct. 13 – Wednesday, Oct. 17 from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
