We are so excited to welcome you to Las Vegas for PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2023! All your preparations are about to come to fruition, September 11-13! The theme of the show is “exceed”, everything from hotel rooms to the exhibit floor space itself have exceeded estimates and the attendee numbers are still tracking ahead of 2019! Why is tracking above 2019 an important number? Because in 2019 PACK EXPO Las Vegas hosted the largest show in terms of attendees so as the campaign tagline has said all along, Prepare to be Wowed!

Know Before You Go

|
- All vehicles delivering booth materials, freight, and products to LVCC must first check in at the Marshalling Yard, located at the corner of Ensworth Street and West Post Road. Please refer to the Marshalling Yard Information for directions and instructions.
|
INBOUND Driver Check-in Requirements:
|
- Please review the Driver Check-In Requirement document. To make sure your driver has everything they need to Check-In at the Marshalling Yard.
|
*Drivers that are unable to provide any of the requested information must contact their dispatch to get the necessary information to be checked in for unloading.
|
|
|
|
|
Pick-Up Your Exhibitor Badge Onsite
|
|
|
If any of your colleagues attending the show did not receive their badge in the mail, please direct them to visit exhibitor registration starting tomorrow, September 7 to have their badge printed. There are two exhibitor registration locations available- North Hall, Room N-255, Level 2 and South Upper Hall, Room S-229.
|

|
Exhibitor Service Centers
|
Exhibitor Service Centers are conveniently located throughout the Las Vegas Convention Center for easy access to all exhibitors. The service desks are staffed during all published move-in and move-out hours. On the day of show break, the Service Centers will be open until 10pm.
|
- Booths C-1100 to C-5699; Located in meeting room N-110 in the Concourse.
- Booths N-9000 to N-11399; Located at the front of the N-11200 aisles.
- Booths SL-5800 to SL-6999; Located by booths SU-5846 to SU-5854 on the North side of the hall.
- Booths SU-7000 to SU-8499; Located by booths SL-7182 to SL-7187 on the North side of the hall.

|
Empty labels are available for pick up in the service centers. Labels will also be available from the FSRs, Floor Managers and Floor Manager desks in each hall. Each hall uses a specific color. Please place empty labels on crates and other items as soon as they are ready to be taken to crate storage. This will allow PES to clear these items and open traffic lanes for service teams. If you are in a last in / first out location, you should ask for and use the designated Pink empty labels.
|
- Be sure to remove all needed items from your crates before placing empty labels on them. Once crates are taken to storage there will be labor charges to retrieve them before the scheduled return time at the end of the event.
|
|
|
Show Management has assigned Floor Managers to each exhibit hall to assist exhibitors and to ensure that all exhibitors follow the rules and regulations of the show. Floor Managers wear Red shirts with PMMI logos. The Floor Manager Desks can be found in the following locations:
|
- Near booths C-2300, C-3400, C-4800
- Near booths N-9400, N-10011, N-10902
- Near booths SU-7401, SU-7263
- Near booths SL-5800, SL-6283
|

|
All exhibitors must abide to a PACK-In/PACK-Out Policy and to leave your exhibit space as you found it when you arrived. However, if you have useful materials that you would like to donate after the show, PACK EXPO Las Vegas has established a donation program with materials benefiting local charities. The program is run by Honeycomb Strategies in an effort to increase the sustainability of the event.

Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries forward a legacy of courage and heroism. Built upon the mantra, “While we have time, LET US DO GOOD,” the Foundation supports our nation’s fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes and their families.
We recognize the significance PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2023 opening on September 11th, and strive to honor the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001. PMMI will match donations up to $50,000 to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
