PMMI, the producer of EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2023, welcomes you as an exhibitor to the show. We are excited to reconnect the packaging and processing industry in Guadalajara next June and we're glad you'll be joining us!
This Exhibitor Bulletin will be sent out regularly leading up to the show and provides time sensitive information about exhibiting, along with tips on how to market your presence before, during and after the show. Be sure to add reply@mailpackexpo.com to your safe senders list so you don't miss any of these important messages.
In this update you will find information on housing, move-in and move-out schedules, the show rules & regulations, speaking opportunities and sponsorship and advertisings opportunities. Please Note: The Exhibitor Services Manual will be published online in February 2023, and you can begin ordering your booth services at that time.

Book Your Hotel Rooms Early for Best Selection!

You can now begin booking your hotel rooms with OLE, the official EXPO PACK Guadalajara Hotel Reservation Office, via the show website. The lowest rates have been negotiated exclusively for EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2023 at the most popular and convenient hotels near Expo Guadalajara. Booking with the official housing vendor provides your company with low rates and a flexible cancellation policy, allowing you to make changes without penalty until May 5, 2023. All reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Move-In & Move-Out Schedules
|
Each exhibitor is assigned target dates and times for installation (move-in) and dismantling (move-out) of display material, equipment and machinery at Expo Guadalajara.
If your company cannot adhere to the scheduled inbound and/or outbound dates as assigned, please email Israel Arambula at operaciones@expopack.com.mx to determine if it is possible to change your target date or time.

To ensure a successful experience for everyone, all exhibitors agree to the EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2023 Rules & Regulations when signing their exhibit space contract.
In addition to your internal staff planning the show, make sure that everyone involved in planning your company’s participation in the show, including your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), has read the Rules & Regulations and that your booth is in compliance with the rules.
